Adult All Ability Sewing Classes. November - December 2023

November - December 2023

Starting Tuesday  6th November and running weekly for 6 sessions on your chosen date and time.

This class is perfect if you are a total beginner who wishes to learn to sew, a more experienced sewer who wishes to develop their skills and knowledge or someone who wants a couple of hours per week of "me time" to share ideas over a cuppa, a biscuit and sewing.

Let our experienced teacher guide you through all manner of sewing techniques; if you have a project that you have been wanting to tackle but not quite sure where to begin, then here's your opportunity. Or you could follow our lead and work through our curated selection of makes allowing you to learn and practice a host of sewing skills such as inserting a zip, hemming, adding pockets, buttonholes and so much more! With a maximum of 6 sewers per session, we have plenty of time to guide and assist you. So whether you want to make something to wear, something for the home, learn the basics or take you skills to the next level, then this is for you. 

Additional Information

• Each person will be allocated their own sewing and cutting space
• Due to our small class sizes (maximum 6) all sessions are non-refundable
• You do not need to bring a machine
• Thread and all equipment (such as scissors, pins etc.) are provided for use

Location

All Ability Sewing Classes are hosted in  our beautiful, brand new, custom built studio in Portskewett (exact address to be emailed upon booking)

Tuesday 7th November to Tuesday 12th December - 10:30-12:30 (6 Weeks)

Tuesday 7th November to Tuesday 12th December 18:30-20:30 (6 Weeks)

or

Thursday 9th November to Thursday 14th December  - 10:30-12:30 (6 Weeks)

or

Thursday 9th November to Thursday 14th December  -18:30 -20:30 (6 Weeks)   

or

Friday 10th November Friday 15th December - 10:00- 12:00  (6 Weeks)

During your course, you will be entitled to 10% off all our full price fabrics in-store.
