Free‑Motion & Raw‑Edged Appliqué Christmas Wreath 

Four‑week creative workshop – all materials included

Join us this season to design and stitch a beautiful textile Christmas wreath using free‑motion embroidery and raw‑edged appliqué techniques. Over four relaxed sessions, you’ll learn how to layer fabric, add detail with thread, and bring festive texture to your work.  

This workshop is ideal for those with some basic sewing experience or anyone ready to build confidence with their machine in a creative new way. We’ll take it step by step, supporting you as your wreath comes to life.  

All fabrics, threads, and materials are provided, along with plenty of encouragement and good company.  

By the end of the course, you’ll have a unique fabric wreath to treasure or gift this Christmas.  

  • Each person will be allocated their own sewing and cutting space
  • Due to our small class sizes (maximum 6) all sessions are non-refundable
  • You do not need to bring a machine
  • Thread and all equipment (such as scissors, pins etc.) are provided for use if required.
  • You may wish to bring a sketchbook and resource imagery. Details will be given during the first session.

All Ability Sewing Classes are hosted in our beautiful, brand new, custom built studio in Portskewett
